Guangzhou, December 14 – The semi-final of the Asian Games Angels – the Asian Games Etiquette Volunteer Selection Contest kicked off in Guangzhou on December 10 and 12 contestants out of 20 were shortlisted for the final.
The semi-final concentrated on traditional culture and Chinese etiquette while 20 contestants competed in a series of segments, including etiquette show of traditional Chinese culture, Asian Games etiquette show and cultural talk show etc. Twelve contestants marched into the final.
The CARDANRO Asian Games Angles - the Asian Games Etiquette Volunteer Selection Contest was organised under the guidance of the Guangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee, with Guangzhou Cardanro serving as Title Sponsor and Star TV of GuangDong China as sponsor co-host. The goals of the Asian Games Angels aim at promoting traditional Chinese etiquette and celebrating the Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010.
